This spiral journal has 6 months worth of individual symptom tracking days as well as 6 monthly trackers at the beginning to see symptom trends over a month span.

This journal can start whichever month you choose! Add your starting month into the personalization section and your journal will be dated for 6 months from the month you choose.

There are 2 sizes of this journal:
Regular- 8.5" x 5.5" pages. Easy to fit into a bag and a good everyday size.
Large Print- 8" x 10" pages. For those who want extra writing space.

-Some fabrics may have been scaled down to show different aspects of large prints.
-I will do my best to complete each custom journal as quickly as possible. Please allow at least 1 week for your symptom journal to ship.

**Because this is a handmade item it is not perfect. Unevenness and warping are possible, although I try my best to avoid this. This does not impact the functionality of the book. Colors and position of the pattern may vary slightly.
